Patricia joined the Los Árboles Tulum/Cobá team in 2003 and is the resident expert on legal entitlements. She coordinates the project with both U.S. and Mexican real estate and corporate law attorneys.
Patricia’s work provides research in project feasibility and the delivery of legal titles and entitlements. With her dual-citizenship, she brings a strong bicultural approach to business. Patricia is vital to establishing business and associate relationships in the Rivera Maya, especially with Federal, State and Municipal Governments, FONATUR, and relevant consultants. Her work led to Los Árboles Tulum obtaining an 88% rating from FONATUR and the establishment of the first fully entitled ecological conservation development project in the Riviera Maya. She also led the effort to receive an endorsement from International Living, which affected 80% of sales in Los Árboles Tulum. Drawing on more than ten years professional experience in financial analysis and administration, she is the natural leader of our project management.
Patricia earned a B.B.A., Business Analysis, 1985, Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. She is also the proud mother of three wonderful daughters, one attending Bowie High School, a Senior Nutrition Major at Baylor University and a Dance / Psychology Major at the University of Texas at Austin.
